Tasks, inbox & alerts
Tasks are your to-do list. The inbox is where ainocrm tells you what happened. Both are private: nobody else sees yours, whatever their role.

Open Tasks in the sidebar. At the top: how many tasks are open and how many opportunities have tasks. Filter by Open (default), Done, Dismissed or All. Each task shows its opportunity and/or contact, the due date, "Repeats every N days" for recurring ones, and "From Morgan" if someone gave it to you.
- ✓ marks it done. ✕ dismisses it (not needed any more).
- Finished tasks can't be reopened.
Where tasks come from
- You add one. Click Add task: a title, an optional description, an opportunity or a contact (one is required), and a due date.
- You ask Aino.Remind me to call Maria next TuesdayAdd a task to send Acme the security questionnaire
- From what you log. When you log a call or an email is filed, each promise ("I'll send the revised proposal by Friday") becomes a task on that opportunity, with the due date if one was said. When a later message shows it's done ("sent it yesterday"), the task closes by itself.
- From your leader. A leader can give tasks to their own team, an admin to anyone, by asking Aino. You get a "New task from …" notification.
- After a win. Handover, check-ins, renewal and reference tasks (see After the win).
- From an automation that creates tasks (see Automations).
- Missing targets (leaders and admins). "Set Q1 2027 targets", due two weeks before the quarter, with Open the chat to set them in one answer. It ticks itself off once every target is set (see For leaders & executives).

Finishing tasks
Tick them on the Tasks page, on the dashboard, on the opportunity page, in search (⌘K › Complete a task), or say "mark the proposal task done". A recurring task comes back after you finish it; dismiss it to end the series.
Reminders
At 8:00 in the morning, your time, on the day a task is due you get one notification for everything due that day, plus anything you missed in the past week. Each task is reminded once; a task added later in the day comes in the next morning's reminder. Change the time and your time zone under Settings › Profile › Notifications. ainocrm picks up your time zone from your device the first time you open it, and offers to switch if you open it somewhere else.
Opportunities that need attention
Your dashboard flags opportunities that are stalled, quiet, missing something or past their close date (see the badges). Fix them by telling Aino what's missing. One that stays silent for twice your company's cleanup period, with no future close date, is archived automatically overnight and you're told. See Archiving.

Opportunities affected
Open Inbox in the sidebar. Notifications are grouped by opportunity; everything else (like new account research) is under "Account insights & other". Filter All / Unread, and use Mark all read. Clicking an item opens the chat, opportunity, account or task it is about. Questions Aino is waiting for you to answer stay pinned above the list until you reply.
You get a notification when:
- an email is filed on your opportunity, creates one, moves one, closes one, or can't move it because something is missing;
- an email you sent to the log address was logged, was already logged, or needs your answer;
- new research arrives on an account where you have a deal, or that you own;
- a customer meeting just ended ("How did it go?");
- someone else moved or closed your opportunity;
- an opportunity was handed over to you ("You now own …", in the inbox only);
- your opportunity was archived for inactivity, or an archived one became active again;
- an email closed your opportunity as lost and Aino wants to know why;
- Aino couldn't tell which company a new account is and asks you;
- your leader nudged you about a stale opportunity;
- a task is due, or someone gave you a task;
- for leaders and admins: a quarter starts in about a month, or has started, with salespeople you set targets for who have none;
- for admins: the company's AI credits are running low or have run out (once each time), or someone who is out of AI tokens for the day asked for more;
- for admins of a company on its free trial: the trial ends in a week or tomorrow, it has ended, or monthly billing has started;
- for admins: ainocrm added free tokens, extended the trial, or changed how the company pays or what it's billed;
- for admins: someone joined without an invite or asked for another role, or one of the company's email domains was verified or needs attention;
- credits were added after you asked for more AI tokens, so you can carry on;
- your admin or ainocrm changed how many AI tokens you can use in a day;
- for admins: ainocrm changed how many AI tokens the whole company can use in a day;
- an automation flagged something.
You are never notified about things you did yourself.
The bell and pop-ups
The bell at the top of the sidebar shows how many are unread and wiggles when a new one arrives. A small pop-up also appears in the top-right corner for a few seconds; click it to open, or hover to keep it.
On your phone and by email
Everything always lands in the inbox. On top of that, some notifications are also sent as a push to the phone app, and the important ones by email:

Choose what reaches you in Settings › Profile › Notifications: switch push or email off completely, set when your morning task reminder comes, or untick single kinds (for example nudges by push but not by email). Push and email are both on until you turn them off; you can also just ask Aino ("stop emailing me"). Push needs the phone app with notifications allowed; if your phone blocks them, the page tells you.
