How it is built
Not something you need to know to use ainocrm, but if you're curious how it works, here's the short version.
It updates live
You don't need to refresh the page. New notifications, pipeline changes, and chat activity appear the moment they happen, across every open tab.
Your company's data is your own
Every organization's companies, contacts, deals, and conversations are fully separate from every other organization using ainocrm — there's no sharing between companies.
Aino is AI-powered
Aino, the chat assistant (typed or spoken), the automatic email filing, account research, and automation insights are all backed by AI that's given exactly the context it needs (your pipeline, your process, your team) to answer well — nothing is invented that isn't grounded in your actual data or something you told it.
Some of it happens overnight
A few things run on a schedule rather than when you click: account research refreshes when the Monday news check finds something material, deals that have gone silent for far too long are archived each night, check-back reminders, task reminders and automations run every morning, Focus reasons are refreshed before the working day, connected calendars are checked every 15 minutes, and the Gmail connection renews itself so email capture never quietly stops. Research and automations only run for workspaces someone has signed into in the last 14 days, so an unused workspace spends no AI.
It works where you are
The same app adapts to phones and tablets — the sidebar becomes a drawer, deal pages become tabs, and the essentials get a bottom tab bar — so logging a call from the parking lot is as easy as from your desk. The iPhone and Android apps wrap that same app, add push notifications, and receive updates without waiting for an app store release.
Your data is protected
Everything travels over an encrypted connection, and workspace data is stored in the EU. A connected Gmail mailbox is read-only, and its access keys are encrypted before they're stored. The AI works under terms that don't allow your data to be used for training. The privacy policy has the details.
